San Saba County Friends of Animals (SSCFOA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting animals in need. Our Pet Assistance Program aims to help low-income families, individuals facing unexpected financial emergencies, and special cases where pet owners need support to keep their pets at home, safe, and cared for.

Because we rely solely on donations, we assist as many people as possible based on available funds and supplies. Our program offers:

Pet Food Assistance – We provide pet food when available to help families in need. While we cannot offer assistance every month, we distribute food as supplies allow.
Essential Pet Supplies – Depending on donations, we offer leashes, collars, crates, litter, and other essential items to help keep pets in their homes.
TNR Support – We loan humane traps to individuals working to trap, neuter, and return (TNR) feral community cats, promoting responsible population control.

Our goal is to provide relief to pet owners facing hardship, ensuring more pets stay in loving homes. If you need assistance or would like to donate to support this program, please reach out to us.
